Wicked husband trying to get rid of me

March 01, 2019

Dear Pastor,

Greetings to you. I know you are in the best of health. I listen to your programme every night. I have written to you before, and I also came to see you at your office. I am now 63 years old.

This is all about my Rasta husband, who doesn't believe in God. He believes in the lodge. He has spent thousands of dollars, and is still spending, just to get rid of me. He is in New Jersey and spending thousands of United States dollars to put me down and to put me out of the house we both built.

He has put lawyers, prosecutors, policemen and women, loan officers and some dirty-minded people in my area on me. He had moved out everything out of our house and put them in one of his women's house. She lives on the other street behind me. People came and stole out what they wanted and some of the worse things are still left.

I pray and cry to my God every day, even now I am crying. I have been through a lot of injustice from the judiciary and the police. One of the prosecutors at the St Catherine court had me in the court with my wicked husband, his lawyer and the judge. The judge asked the prosecutor twice why I was there. She said to me: "I am sorry, it's a mistake." I cried out to God and asked him to punish her for the wickedness she has done to me. She is always on my case, trying to send me to prison, saying that I injured my husband.

My God was in the midst. I am innocent of all the lies they told on me. Right now, I can't get over what they all have done to me. I keep crying and praying day and night. It is not over, and I am still in the house. The loan officers are trying their wickedness, but I leave them to God Almighty. He takes long, but he is sure.

I have seen and felt the wickedness of these people in high and low places, but I know God is real. And, no matter how many lodges they join, God is greater. My tears won't go in vain.

My wicked husband broke my ribs, and he was never arrested. The medical report was rigged. It was proven; money can do so much wickedness. If I had money I would get the best lawyer to prove my case and expose them all to God Almighty. I have seen him work for me, but, one by one, he is going to deal with them all. I don't have light or water.

Pastor, please, pray for me and may God guide, protect and bless you. Continue doing your good work. God is real.

Hurting Soul

Dear Hurting Soul,

I can promise that I can pray for you, but I know for sure that if you are seeking justice, it has to be done through the court. However, it does not seem that you trust the justice system at all. You give the impression that they are all scammers. If that is truly what you believe, then I am sorry for you. I do believe that you need a lawyer. Perhaps you do not trust the lawyer you had before. If that is so, get a new lawyer.

I would also like to warn you to be careful of what you say. Your mouth can get you into lots of trouble. I don't believe everybody is against you. You cannot get help unless you trust your lawyer. So, don't condemn everybody. You also give the impression that you do not have the money to fight your husband. I suggest that you contact the Legal Aid Clinic. They should be able to help you.
