Body of Shooters Hill teen found under rubble

The daughter of Romeo Leachman who died following a landslide at his home in Shooters Hill on Friday, October 23 has been found dead.

She is 15-year-old Saneeka Leachman of Shooters Hill, St. Andrew.

Reports from the Harbour View police are that Leachman and his daughter were at home when their house collapsed as a result of a land slide.

The police were summoned and upon their arrival Leachman’s body was found amongst the rubble.

The body was transported to hospital where death was confirmed.

A further search and rescue operation by police personnel, and community members led to the discovery of the teen on Saturday.
