Camille Lee opens up about relationship with Beenie Man

While many social-media users expressed shock about deejay Beenie Man's relationship with British businesswoman Camille Lee, she says they have known each other from childhood.

"I've known Moses (Beenie Man) from childhood days, from Craig Town, Jones Town, because a Jones Town me come from, from Crooks Street, and Moses from Craig Town, so I've known Moses from then ...," she said in an Instagram Live last Thursday.

This was before she met her ex-husband and prominent event promoter Cawka Lee, whom she said she was with for 20 years. Contrary to reports, she said she has been single for two years and only became intimately involved with Beenie Man "recently".

"A lot of people weren't aware that Cawka and I depart from each other because I'm not somebody that would come and speak these things but people in the fraternity were aware of this. It's been a while ...," she said.

She added that her ex-husband and Beenie Man are not friends and that Cawka "has no problem ... . My ex-husband just wants me to be happy".

She also denied rumours that she is an ex-girlfriend of Beenie Man's former rival, Bounty Killer. She said she met Bounty Killer seven years after she met Beenie Man.

"Killer a my bredren; me will always respect Killer and Killer likewise myself will respect me and none a unno cya stop me and Killer from stop talk ... ."

As for how her reunited romance is going, Camille said: "Me and Moses have been perfectly fine, we're happy, we're just trying to grow our relationship ... I want to big up all of the people that have been supportive of me and Moses."
